职责描述：
1、新产品的售后服务项目管理，工作职责贯穿新产品研发、生产、上市前的服务准备工作；
2、如研发、生产过程中产品零部件本身及安装位置的设计是否符合售后服务实施的可靠性、服务时间与财务成本的可控性等；
3、该职位是一个端到端的服务产品导入项目管理职位，端到端指从研发、生产、销售，至售后团队的售后服务实施。
任职要求：
1、正规大学本科或以上，211或海外院校优先，理工类/财务/商科类优先，或机械、计算机相关专业；
2、1-3年行业工作经验，需具备项目参与、管理经验；
3、流利的英文书面及口语表达能力。
（二）Global Billing Administrator
职责描述：
1. Lead end-to-end warranty claims validation and payable payment process for a region/country.
2. Claims data analysis, root cause analysis, and solution identification
3. Identify cost savings opportunity
4. Work with related team to resolve any billing issue.
5. Initiate cost savings project
任职要求：
1. University degree
2. Minimal 5 years experience
3. Data analysis
4. Excellent Excel/ Database skills
5. Strong English skills both communication and written
6. Preferabale with Post Sales (Service) and finance payable experience
7. Be able to work independently and effectively in fast changing environment
