China HRSC Specialist
Position Description:
Handle HR related queries from EE/Mgr/HRP via email/Lync, phone and face to face Ensure adherence to Service-Level Agreement Take responsibility for adherence to audit controls Produce regular and on-demand internal reports Be responsible for HR data maintenance, including basic personal data, payroll and benefits info, etc.
Supply the EE certification, supplemental application material and other face to face service Help do the HR process and system optimization Provide feedback to Lead/HR business partner/Related HR Operation team for changes required LinkedIn
