Requirements/要求:
1.University degree with major in Human Resources or Business Administration;大学本科学历,人力资源或工商管理专业;
2.Experience in in-house human resource is preferred;有相关人力资源工作经验优先;
3.Deep understanding of internal corporate hr process;熟悉企业内部人力资源工作流程
4.Knowledge in local labor law and policy;熟悉本地劳动法规;
5.Self-motivated, able to handle multi-task and can work under pressure;自我激励,能够处理多重工作,能在压力下工作;
6.Able to deliver results before deadlines, and internal customer oriented;结果导向,有较强的客户意识;
7.Good communication and interpersonal skills;良好的人际沟通技能;
8.Team player;良好的团队合作精神;
9.Good command of written and oral English, CET6 is a must;良好的英语沟通能力,必须通过CET6;
10.Good PC skill.计算机应用熟练;
