职位： PRADA HR实习生 - 北京

Report to: Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

HR Information System
·      Maintain employee database and monitor probation review/ contract renew;
·      Prepare related HR reports, such as HC report, hiring update, Org-chart etc;

Staffing
·      Monitor on-line position posting;
·      Pre-screen online resumes;
·      Conduct phone interview;
·      Coordinate interview schedule.

Others
·      Any other duties as may assigned from time to time;


Qualifications & Competencies

·      Education:  Bachelor degree or above
·      Basic understanding on HR Admin process/ procedure
·      Good English writing/ reading proficiency
·      Good at planning, priority setting, organized
·      Detailed and responsible
·      Good data analytical skill
·      Good team player

Location: 北京三里屯太古里北区Miumiu三层

Compensation: ￥15/h
